How much is shipping?
Nothing. Every US order ships free, with tracking included.
How long until my order arrives?
We process orders in 1 to 2 business days, and delivery across the US takes 6 to 8 business days after that.
How do I track my order?
You will get a tracking number by email once your order ships. Pop it into the Track Order page in our footer any time for a live update.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes, within 12 hours of placing it. Email support@janetlaurel.com with your order number and we will sort it. After 12 hours the order is already moving, so you would return it once it arrives instead.
What is your return policy?
You have 31 days from delivery to start a return. Items need to be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. Write to support@janetlaurel.com and we will walk you through it.
When will I get my refund?
Once your return arrives back with us and passes a quick check, refunds land on your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
How do I pick the right size?
Every product page links to our size guide, with US and UK conversions in inches and centimeters. Between sizes or unsure? Email your measurements to support@janetlaurel.com and we will recommend a fit.
My order has not arrived. What now?
Check your tracking first, delays happen. If 15 days have passed since your shipping confirmation and the tracking has not moved, contact us and we will chase it with the carrier and put it right.
What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Maestro, UnionPay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Klarna. Checkout is fully encrypted.
Do you ship outside the US?
Not at the moment. We ship to US addresses only, so we can keep delivery fast and tracked for everyone.
